Shipping Policy

Fantastic News! We ship orders internationally.

Time of Delivery:
Depending on the region, an international order should arrive within 7–10 working days.
Only until the end user has confirmed the order does the process start. Delivery times may be impacted by events like holidays, strikes, etc.
We will keep you updated on your order and send you an email if there are any changes or delays on our end.
To guarantee prompt and secure delivery of your goods, we work with renowned and trustworthy shipping companies. After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Shipping Charges:
Our shipping rates are determined by the package volumetric weight, weight slab, and destination. You can estimate delivery charges by adding any product you want to order and checkout with your delivery address to calculate the estimated delivery charges.

Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery for Orders placed Outside Pakistan. If you have any further questions or concerns and require assistance, please contact us at info@royalsvintage.com.

Return & Refund Policy
Our goal at Royals Vintage is to make sure you're happy with every purchase. Please use our support channels to send a request if you experience any problems with your order. our customer care team will strive to react within 48 hours. Our first goal is client pleasure, and we are dedicated to answering any questions you might have.

We do not provide a handpicking service; instead, we sell our used and antique apparel by the bundles/Bales. Before making a purchase, please carefully read product descriptions and photos. We do not accept refunds for personal preferences or products that you are unhappy with.

 Please take the following actions to return an item if there is a discrepancy with your order:
Send in a Request: Send in your return request for authorization within 14 days of delivery.
Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and additional instructions if your return request is accepted.
Conditions of Return: The cost of return postage is your responsibility.
Only Grade A products are eligible for returns. Products that are graded B, C cannot be returned. 
Returns that are not authorized or that do not have an RMA number will be rejected and sent back to the sender.

Order Cancellation:
Requests for cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders are deemed final and cannot be canceled after this time has expired. Before finishing your order, please make sure you are satisfied with your choice.


Additional Information:

Evaluation Variance: Because our products comprise worn and used items, human error may cause a grading discrepancy of up to 10%. To increase an item's selling potential, we advise laundering it.

Quality Assurance: Making sure every order lives up to your expectations is our aim. Please notify us of any inconsistencies within 14 days of shipment so that our customer support staff can promptly address and fix any issues. Please report any inconsistencies during this window so that we can make sure we can help you. After this time, we can't assist.
